「宅男女神」孫慧雪出名身材驕人,已為兩孩之母的她身材零走樣,更連續7年任美胸公司代言人,早前拍廣告大騷事業線。
身為靚媽的雪雪,生兩胎均佗巨B,當時孕肚超過44吋,近日她在社交平台上載穿上孕期牛仔褲的照片,可見成功修身,腰圍大減。
她自爆成功減去50磅,寫道:「講真!!自己都從來冇諗過,竟然可以喺肉肉一歲前減咗50磅,好開心呀~~呢兩日整理衣櫃,好多衫可以唔要啦!」她並幽默透露修身的方法稱:「秘訣就係又返工又要湊小朋友」。

曾斷減肥令上圍縮水
其實孫慧雪以前曾分享瘦身不瘦胸秘訣,稱:「係印度哲學角度,人嘅身體能量係由三脈七輪嚟操作運轉。心輪影響我哋嘅胸部同乳腺健康,通過強化心輪可以令胸部吸收營養,從而再度發育。而七輪就掌管內分泌同子宮健康,強化臍輪能達到養宮效果,改善經痛及其他婦科問題。」
另外,現在上圍C cup的雪雪曾透露求學時期因不斷減肥一度減至A cup上圍。其後透過飲食習慣,才塑造目前的美好身形。

瘦身不瘦胸有秘訣
雪雪建議多進食高蛋白質的奶製品、豆類製品、全穀類食品及植物油,均有助豐胸,具體食物包括牛奶、豆漿、木瓜、杏仁、魚湯、豬腳、雞腳、魚皮、魚肚、三文魚、雞蛋、松子、粟米、紅棗、蠔、蜂王漿、龍眼肉以及核桃等,同時避免進食高鹽、罐頭類食品。
此外,她也建議女士按摩胸部,以按摩膏為乳房打圈按摩,有助疏通乳腺,促進血液循環,令胸部保持彈性,防止鬆弛。同時又要保持運動的習慣,讓膊頭附近的肌肉能夠支撐胸部,以達到理想的效果。
